The driving force behind the JATA Group, Jamie Spencer broke free from his construction job to forge his own path.

With a strong commitment to turning dreams into realities, Jamie’s leadership has nurtured a brotherhood where every member is valued and every challenge embraced. From conquering monumental projects to envisioning nationwide expansion, Jamie’s journey embodies the rugged essence of the construction industry’s finest. And there’s more in store as he dares to dream bigger every year.

From carpentry to stone masonry and plastering, Will Gough collects trades like boy scouts collect badges.

So expansive was his building repertoire, that we threw management into the mix, to keep him on his toes, and like all his trade skills, Will has mastered this art with ease, too. He leads our domestic work in and around Cornwall with a top-notch team. High-end barn conversions, country house projects or a simple porch, all jobs are treated with respect and care. And if you’re lucky enough to have Will in for your home renovation, he’ll take his tea with milk, no sugar (please).

Combining the 20 years under his toolbelt with natural leadership skills, Dennis Craddock took to running our commercial and civil sites like a duck to water, growing awareness of JATA nationwide.

Clients and tradesmen alike trust his expert judgement and appreciate his no-nonsense, can-do approach. His work led to the expansion of JATA into the South East and we can’t wait to see what Dennis has in store for JATA’s future growth.

We joke that he was born on a building site, but what Jerome doesn’t know about building, just isn’t worth knowing.

Starting an apprenticeship at the tender age of 16, he holds a wealth of knowledge and every member of the team who rubs shoulders with Jerome, picks up a little of his wisdom – every single day.  A strong, silent type, he runs a minimal fuss, maximum calm atmosphere on site whilst having his finger directly on the pulse of all construction operations.

A true son of Cornwall, Tyler’s heart beats for the unique architecture of his beloved county. Specialising in the creation of bespoke properties, Tyler’s expertise spans from reviving ancient churches to crafting small-scale extensions, and everything in between.

Tyler’s standards are sky-high; nothing short of perfection will suffice. If it’s not 100%, it’s simply not right. And that’s why his work is admired from Bude to Lands End.

Leah immediately carved out the role of office manager at JATA HQ having brought over 10 years of experience to the table.

Leah is the face of JATA, nurturing both our nationwide commercial clients and  JATA’s county and countrywide workforce. Providing support and assistance to senior staff members, Leah ensures health and safety compliance is being met within the company and is the driving force behind JATA’s partnership with Children’s Hospice South West.

Meet Jo, with a whopping 24 years of experience in administration across diverse industries like transport, food manufacturing, and electrical, Jo brings a wealth of expertise to the table.

But that’s not all – she’s also a wizard with numbers, boasting 6 years of bookkeeping under her belt and currently studying for her AAT Accounting qualification. Since joining JATA Connections, Jo has been the backbone of the team, seamlessly juggling various responsibilities. With a passion for continuous learning and a knack for teamwork, Jo is an invaluable asset to the JATA family.
