When he stumbled across a vegetable patch in the heart of Camelford that already had planning permission, our private client jumped on it.
By his side, JATA Construction’s team embarked on the creation of a standout Airbnb destination.
At the forefront of the design was a grand entrance lobby, complete with a stunning oak staircase and glass balustrade that showcased two stories of living space. This architectural centerpiece not only provided a wow factor for holidaymakers but also added a touch of elegance. Catering to the Airbnb market’s demand for multifunctional spaces, we incorporated a generous multibedroom layout and a dedicated games room, ensuring guests of all ages could enjoy a comfortable and memorable stay in Cornwall.
Using a traditional cavity wall system, we crafted a home that seamlessly blended into its environment while offering superior insulation and durability. The addition of a spacious 5-meter bifold door allows guests to seamlessly transition between indoor comfort and outdoor tranquillity.
Topped with a natural slate roof, the build not only embraced the region’s heritage but also harmonised effortlessly with its surroundings, ensuring a memorable and authentic experience for every guest, especially during the summer months when the bifold doors beckon nature in.
