R&D Developments – Cross Lanes

The solution demanded a blend of innovation, precision and a deep respect for the surrounding environment. JATA Construction was brought in as main contractor, and is working in collaboration with EDG Architects, Rapport Engineers and Wheal Jane Surveyors on this transformative project.

The project involves the construction of 10 thoughtfully designed bungalows tailored to meet the needs of families and an aging population. These single-floor living spaces are being designed with precision and care, offering contemporary style both inside and out with comfort, accessibility and convenience to their future inhabitants. Alongside these bungalows, we’re also embarking on the design and construction of 5 affordable open-market houses, providing an opportunity for local first-time buyers and young families to step onto the property ladder enjoying well thought out houses designed with modern needs in mind.

As we navigate through the planning stages, our focus remains on precision, quality and buildability. With the first plot set to be released in Spring 2025, our collaborative efforts stand as a testament to our company’s ethos: relentlessly focused on precision, all while building strong and sturdy relationships with both partners and stakeholders.
