Nestled in the heart of Cornwall, our roots run deep, intertwined with every tree and tor.
With bonds forged over time with local artisans across the southwest, we stand as guardians of your vision.
From the quaint charm of a country cottage to the grandeur of a riverside mansion, we’re here to turn your dreams into realities.
With JATA, your dream home is not just a possibility; it’s an inevitability.
The property has been a real hit with our guests who love the clean design and inviting atmosphere. The games room and hot tub are particularly popular with families and bookings keep flooding in.

We’re thrilled. From start to finish, working with JATA has been a breeze. Daniel listened to what we wanted and got the design spot on, we had to change very little. The actual construction was smooth and we are so incredibly grateful to the respect that each and every tradesperson had for both us, and our neighbours.

Unlike everyone else I was dealing with at the time, Daniel answered his emails immediately, explained everything to me in plain English and gave me the support I needed to get through what was a complete nightmare!
